Book Series
Barney Twiss (CAHR Distinguished Professor of Human Rights, Ethics, and Religion), Terry Coonan (CAHR Executive Director) and John Kelsay (Richard L. Rubenstein Professor of Religion) serve as the Series Editors of a new interdisciplinary book series from Georgetown University Press entitled Advancing Human Rights.
The series accepts works from all disciplinary and multidisciplinary perspectives, including the humanities, human and social sciences, law, public policy, and international relations. Initial publications in the series include the following books:
- Protecting Human Rights: A Comparative Study by Todd Landmann
- Freedom From Want: The Human Right to Adequate Food by George Kent
- Breaking Silence: The Case That Changed the Face of Human Rights by Richard Alan White
- For All Peoples and All Nations: The Ecumenical Church and Human Rights by John S. Nurser
Forthcoming works in the Series include:
